Unique painting Class Offered in Stowe VT Saturday

A unique painting class will be offered in Stowe VT this Saturday. “Painting with Horses” will take place from 10 am to 5 pm Saturday, August 4th, enabling participants to channel their inner artist while being inspired by horses. The workshop will be held at the Center for America’s First Horse in nearby Johnson and is all about harnessing creativity and finding inspiration from the natural beauty of horses.

Horses have long been used for therapy to help all ages with physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities, and it is only natural that they be used in conjunction with painting which is also another form of therapy as well as an opportunity to explore one’s creativity.  The Center for America’s First Horse is centered around Colonial Spanish horses, the first breed of horse believed to be in the Americas.  If you live in Stowe Vermont or are visiting the area the center is a wonderful place to visit if you have a passion for horses.
